Team Coordinator (Remote, Hybrid, Fulltime)


As a Team Coordinator you are responsible for supporting our service teams assigned projects by performing administrative tasks. You clarify several tool-related topics with the team. You keep track of the team working hours and input those numbers into an accounting software program and spreadsheet.

You regularly look forward and recognize opportunities for process automation and have a comprehensive understanding of different types of blades repairs. Role & Responsibilities 

  • Daily supervising and supporting our service teams and permanently control of the repair processes,
  • Manage material orders,
  • Support the project team with post hours to the project's spreadsheet,
  • Maintain daily contact with our central department. 

Profile 

  • 5 years of relevant work experience,
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • German or Italian or French knowledge is an advantage,
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills,
  • Experience working with SAP is an advantage,
  • Work experience in MS Office tools,
  • Self-starter, proactive personality who is able to cooperate with diverse team members,
  • Exceptional teamwork skills,
  • Project coordination ability,
  • Driving license B,
  • GWO certification (can be acquired).
  • Medical certification (can be acquired).
