Blade Power Renewable Energy Services combines many years of experience in blade inspections and blade repairs, in combination with the implementation of new technologies in the blade inspection and repair process, to ensure a high quality blade services for wind turbines. Our blade technicians have extensive experience and training in this field and can carry out complex blade repairs and maintenance requirements for a wide range of blade manufacturers.


A fundamental aspect of our company philosophy is strict compliance to safety and quality regulations in all areas of the company, which is achieved through continuous training and further education of our service technicians in new repair methods and safety regulations, as well as compliance with the ISO 9001 quality standards and ISO 45001 safety protocols.


In providing our blade services, we rely not only on the expertise of our qualified technicians, also we rely on the implementation of innovative methods through the use of advanced techniques in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades. This includes drone-based blade inspections using our specialized BLADE PATROL™ drones, which are able to provide detailed HQ images of the condition of the blades and identify areas that require attention together with the evaluation of the inspection results by AI-supported, advanced software. Also we implementation the latest blade access technologies, our advanced Terra 1.1 full covered suspended working platforms ensure safe and efficient blade repairs even in challenging weather conditions, and with the added ability to work simultaneously day and night

  • Our strategically located presence through our Headquarters in Romania and Germany allows us to respond flexibly and efficiently to the requests of our customers, no matter it's a small or large fleets of wind turbines across Europe.


  • Furthermore, with a progressive vision and a desire to accurately serve the requirements of its customers through extended geographical coverage, Blade Power RE Services intend to expand it's presence by establishing a new Headquarter in Italy, thus strengthening it's presence in the Mediterranean region.

We are committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our customers by consistently investing in industry-approved trainings for our dedicated teams of blade specialists.

The quality of our services is guaranteed by our quality management system, certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and health and safety management system ISO 45001:2018.

BACKGROUND


In order to maintain our high standard in quality and performance of blade repairs, Blade Power RE Services has set up its own blade repair training center, located at our headquarter in Romania.

With this important step, we are securing our further growth in trained rotor blade technicians so that we can continue to meet our customers' requirements in the future.


VALUES


Our training center provides our technicians with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills, required to carry out rotor blade repairs with vacuum infusions or vacuum pressure technology to OEM quality standards.

All of our technicians receive an annual blade repair refresher training, where we also train our technicians on new blade repair products and new blade repair methods.

In addition to technical training, we place a strong emphasis on the development of diagnostic skills in blade damage identifications, as a correct damage assessment is essential to streamline the blade repair process.

BLADE POWER RE Services has implemented the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018 and is continuously working on improving preventive measures necessary to control risks in the field of health and safety at work and to improve performance in this area.
